Matter Supported Accessories & Homekit Help Needed

Now apple supports matter so if I get matter enabled cameras or any other accessories from any brand can I integrate them seamlessly without a bridge or third party app to my HomePod mini and Home app on my iPhone?

Will I just have to scan the QR code to add it to my HomePod and my home app in my iPhone?

Also, can I add any matter supported products such as (tv's, washers, blinds etc) to my Homekit seamlessly without any third party hubs or app?
