Apple Photos to Google Photos Transfer — Which metadata is included in the transfer, and more importantly, which isn't?

That's one for the makers of the transfer tool which is Google.

I don't think so. I can see no reason why Apple would make a tool to assist a competitor. Have you the name of tool? Where did you get it from?
