Clean reinstall of apps on iPhone

I am trying to do a clean reinstall of an app called Kidslox on my child's phone. I have tried deleting the app and restarting the phone. I have gone into the iCloud backup settings and the app is not showing there. Every time I try to reinstall the app, the blue cloud with a down arrow is showing and the app is repopulated with the original unwanted data.

If you are not restoring from a backup then the data that you are seeing is from the App itself.


Please log out of the app before deletion. Then delete and re-download.
