Hey Beautom,
Using a Bluetooth connection, you can use third-party devices such as wireless keyboards, headphones, speakers, car kits, game controllers, and more with iPhone.
For more information, click here: Set up and use Bluetooth accessories on iPhone. Some apps may require permission to use Bluetooth functions such as audio. Make sure the Bluetooth access wasn't revoked by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > If an app would like to use Bluetooth on your device.
We recommend making sure the Spotify app is up-to-date by following steps listed here: How to manually update apps on your Apple device.
If you continue to experience issues, here's an article from Spotify support that may help: Bluetooth help for Spotify - Spotify
Take care.
