I dont have the refund option on report a problem

Hi, I subscribed to an app and it was not what i was expecting. And it ended up charging me 30$ for a yearly subscription ( guitartuna ). When i go to the reportaproblem site where you’re supposed to request a refund i fill in the 2 boxes but i can’t press on guitartuna to request my refund. Please help

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple , I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly, and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=ikb&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=21084

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the above link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).

Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple ➞ Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
