macOS Ventura 13.5 wireless mouse problem

The sensitivity settings inside Mouse settings of the System Settings of macOS apparently has no longer any control over my mouse at all because the mouse sensitivity doesn't change at all despite of setting it to different values. It's been insanely fast like when you set the sensitivity as high as maybe 75%.

I tried another mouse and still it's the same.

Any help would be much appreciated.

you make no mention if these are third party or Apple mouse?

you can un-pair and set it up again and compare your results..
