How do i remove an old email tjats there that i no longer have access to. When i click on info ot sayd the email adress cannot be removed i have reset the phone but still when i login it doesn't let me delete it.

Yes where it says "reachable at" I keep trying to remove it and it keeps saying "your email adress cannot be removed". The thing is its not even my email adress I was helping someone and the email stayed on my iPhone forever.
