iPhone Battery Calibration Question

Is it normal that my brand new iPhone 14 that I've purchased just over a month ago has huge battery gaps when restarting, or is this just normal calibration? I've restarted my phone at 11% and then when I turned it on it showed 3%. Despite all of this, the battery health still reports 100%. Is this anything to be concerned about if this has only happened once?
