Please help my battery are only 1% I%E2%80%99m charging but still 1%

I’m charging but my battry percentage are 1% only and shutdown and on shutdown and on like why

whats wrong my battery I don’t know buz reason I’m charging my phone power on off on off and Then my battery charging still only 1%
