Buying some icloud space

Good day,

I am trying to upgrade my icloud space as I am running out of space.

However when I am trying to complete the purchase of it, I am require to enter my credit card and address.

I have moved country and my credit card does not match the address provided in the past. I can change everything in the address except the COUNTRY. therefore it keeps telling me that the credit crad provided does not match any credit card in Germany because it obviously doesn't...How can I change the country?
