how to remove supervised from my iphone 7
my iPhone supervised , i don't have access to iCloud account and i also can't connect to iTunes

There is nothing you will be able to do to allow that on your device. A supervised phone is managed by a school or company and they are the only ones that can make changes to the restrictions on your iPhone. Also they are the only ones that can remove the supervision of the iPhone.
Your only option is to contact the School/Company that manages your iPhone.
