Alexa / Echo not playing Apple Music Playlists

I was having issues getting Alexa to play my Apple Music playlists. I tried disabling the skill in the Alexa app and then enabling & re-linking to my Apple Music account. No dice. I finally opened Apple Music on my desktop app and noticed there was a "description" listed for each of my playlists saying that the playlist was imported using SongShift. I deleted the description for each playlist and entered the title of the playlist as the description.

Edited to add that I had to go through each playlist in my Apple Music app on my iPhone and start to play one song from each playlist.

Now Alexa is able to find all of my playlists. I'm not sure whether it was the description, needing to play a song in my Apple Music app on my phone, or a combo of the two that did the trick. Probably the combination.
