my App Store need to be fixed

I have a problem my App Store is disabled and can you fix it I need it soon.

Only you can do that by contacting Apple at the link provided in this support article. The part you want is titled "If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store".

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
