Mom's phone rings quietly but announced the caller loud. I want the ringer to be loud. When I go into settings & move the volume down & up on the ringer volume, it's loud. But it's quiet when I call the phone. I've checked in haptics as well. I've checked everywhere there's anything to do with ringer volume!
