my cellular update failed and give me massage your iphone can not make and receive calls or access cellular data untill it has been update , what should i do?

Install a Cellular Update:

Perhaps it is prompting you to install a cellular update. So, go here for that. Update your carrier settings manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
