Option to have voice to text write numbers in numeral or word form for numbers over ten.

Currently, voice to text writes numbers under ten in word form- six, four, one- and words over ten in numerals- 20, 30, 365. Numbers smaller than ten can be forced as numerals by specifying "numeral".

I am frustrated that the inverse capability does not exist, for apps such as Duolingo that use voice to text and teach numbers greater than 10, requiring them in fully spelled-out word form. Is this feature in the works? All I could find was a closed thread that it is "working as intended" from 2021.
