How to access apple 24/7 support?

Hi,

I am having a hard time getting support from apple for a Fraud issue.

Apple's Email support team only keep redirecting users to https://getsupport.apple.com. and this site only provide boxes for known issues. If your problem is not among their categories, you can't even report that!

Or they ask to call for an international helpline. I am contacting from Mauritius, and bought my apple product from a registered reseller here, but I don't even have a local helpline number to call to!

I once by chance saw a chat support option somewhere on apples site and I can't find it anywhere now.

Could someone please help to get to apple's chat support.
