Hello I really need help so I had a broken iPad I traded it in for a new one and now I got a new Appel Id and I got my password it didn’t work so I made a new password still didn’t work I tried everything please help.

Why didn't you just use your old Apple ID on the new device? The account is not tied to any device in particular.
You don't "get" a password, you assign one yourself. If it is now not working then likely you forgot the one you assigned. This Apple article has instructions for what to do if you have forgotten your Apple account password —> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
