iPhone chimes constantly - message is "Connected to (My) MacBook Pro"

My iPhone chimes constantly. I have tried everything to get it to stop. The disconnect and pause buttons do not work. It randomly goes off in the middle of the night, while I am working, etc.

Started about 2 weeks ago.

1-tried to disconnect the microphone (as suggested by turning off the connection in Facetime from another post..didnt work)

2-tried to find in Setting - nothing there

3-HELP it is driving my crazyd
