Perhaps had you tried the 'wireless' charging capabilities
and found them lacking. (Did you also attempt the USB
charge cable as well?) Original quality 'charge cable' w/
Lighting connector does OK. If it does not, try new cable.
..Or maybe you've accidentally linked to a different support
article? That might be why a "related Article" link shows up
above your initial discussion question, here..?
Certainly a tired battery or unofficial battery, may be to blame.
