so i created a japanese apple id in itunes (on a windows pc). it all worked, i verified the email and after that nothing happened. i was just back at the itunes store page, but when i try to log in with my new apple id it just says that the apple id doesnt exist, even tho all the data is correct. the iforgot and appstore on my ipad also said that it doesnt exist and idk what to even do at this point.
