Apple Card MasterCard reports once a month, just like any other credit card account. The monthly account statement is emailed to account holders around the first of every month. You can also download a copy of your monthly statement at card.apple.com.
You can call the Apple Card support team (you may need to request to speak to a supervisor) and request a mid-cycle report and generally within a few days a new report will be issued to credit reporting agencies. Goldman Sachs does not send account holders an updated statement. It’s the credit agencies that report the updates to your credit report.

Yes. They said they report every 3rd week of the month so I’d have to wait until the 3rd week of April but they are not saying which day.
Apple has a support article about this: How Apple Card and Apple Card Family is credit reported - Apple Support
The article describes that it might take about 45 days to appear for a new account, and that they report going forward on at least a monthly basis
That’s incorrect. Mine reported several days ago. It’s been reporting the second week for the last year or more. A supervisor would know this I’m sure. Here’s mine on Experian as of today.
As you can see March has already reported.
Getting a mid-cycle report has not generally been an issue in the past. But it is a special request and there is no regulation that they comply. Just seems very odd the supervisor said 3rd week and is refusing a mid-cycle report. It’s not that unusual a request and out of millions of cardholders you can’t be the only one buying a home.
Have you called and talked to a supervisor at Goldman Sachs? I don’t mean chat, but called on the phone?
That’s absolutely not true. They don’t update forever. The Apple Card and my husband’s iPhone had an error and didn’t process his autopay. We checked repeatedly and it was set up. But of course, it still did the error and said the card wasn’t paid on time. Apple Card was quick to report the late payment. And we didn’t even know the payment had been missed until it was flagged in a credit monitoring service from our bank! So we just paid the card off and opted not to touch it again. They’re not helpful at all on the messaging system. Actually rude. And two months later the report is still not updated to zero. And not late. We wanted to buy a car and this account dinged the credit 80 points for one late $30 payment! Beware.
Late payments aren’t reported until they are at least 30 days late. Credit bureaus do not report missed payments until the lender/credit card company has reported to them it’s late. Even if somehow it was reported early, the FICO algorithm will ignore an early report of a late payment.
If you’re looking at your VantageScore 3.0 score, it’s irrelevant. Lenders don’t use VantageScore for car loans or leases. Lenders use FICO 2, 3, 8 or 9.
Thanks. We understand the process and are 100% positive that is not the case. We have paid for our report twice and it has not been updated since the beginning of September. Contacted Apple, they were supposed to fix it. Nothing. We asked to dispute the lack of reporting and it is being worked on. The Apple Card is a giant disappointment and the underlying tone of the service department was annoyed and rude. This card was a mistake we will not make again. Hopefully people can recycle the metal cards!
Re: “… Hopefully people can recycle the metal [Titanium] cards! … “
Indeed they are recyclable.
Apple will provide a pre-paid FedEx Ground label to return the card to their designated titanium recycler. (a material few - if any - community recycling centers could handle)
Fully understand and can sympathize with your frustrations …
… however don’t overlook the possible culpability of the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) in the process.
CRAs have historically demonstrated incredible incompetence.
They have repeatedly been breached - loosing control of the DETAILED personal financial info on many MILLIONS of individuals.
Their individual-user facing web interfaces are disjointed, login safeguards are often “lacking” and often the simple, basic functions just don’t work.
I’d “suspect” the CRA far more as the likely cause of your delayed updates than I’d suspect GS.
And lastly … CRAs don’t answer to individuals.
Individusls are NOT their customer, and they don’t exist to serve individuals; rather, an individual’s personal data IS simply their “product.”
Very same issue for me! I wish I never got that card! Payments I made since February 26 are still not reported today on April 10! Apple is telling me there is nothing they can do. I called all 3 bureaus and they are all saying the same thing! Apple never reported my account as paid off.
Are you buying a home?
Yes.
Ok thank you.
