The icloud that I used last to reset my iPhone sx max, is not mine and I don't have access to it anymore ***

If the device is activation locked, you will have to regain access to the Apple ID you were using on the phone.
If you can't do that, the only way to have the activation lock removed is to provide the original receipt for the phone from an authorized retailer.
