Unable to pair watch, due to wrong Apple ID username

When my phone was set up, the store uses its username to setup my account instead of my account. Now I can no longer access my account

I can’t log into my old account my watch is stuck too I can’t finish setting up my watch it has my old account linked to it I don’t have my old iPhone it was stolen and this is a new apple account
