I accidentally deleted the Alarms app from my Apple Watch SE2. It is also not in my “available apps” from my watch app on my phone.
I have tried to go to the App Store (on the watch) but when I search for it I only get the option to “get” the sleep cycle – sleep tracker app and not the alarm app. Not sure how to get it back

Thank you. Strangely enough I turned the watch off and back on. Went to the App Store (on the watch) and just typed in Alarms and the one that was on my watch when I purchased it was back in the App Store. It showed the cloud so I just reloaded it again. Not sure what the hang up was (that caused hours of frustration..haha) but all is good now. Thank you for your suggestions and help!

Settings and faces yes they will be set to default, but if it doesn't fix your problem you can unpair again and pair back from the backup. Activity and workouts will not be lost.
I know of no other way to replace deleted stock apps if they do not appear in App Store, Workout app is another.
Report any missing stock apps in App Store to Apple https://apple.com/feedback
Unpair the Watch and set up as a new watch, no restore of backup.
Will this reset all the other things I have set up on the watch (ie: watch face, items under “settings”, etc)?
