I have 2 apple ID's. Can I convert them to one?

I forgot a very old Apple ID and created a new one. Now I have some stuff with one Id an another with the other

Except for manually transferring data over and setting up Family Sharing, they can't be merged.

Click here for information. If you don't have more than 5GB of content stored through the separate Apple ID, you can just cancel that subscription.

So I have to keep them both?

I pay iCloud storage with one Id and iCloud storage trough Apple One. Can I cancel one payment and keep Apple one, or that willafect my storage?
