Why the issue? There is no virus on it. System services are likely hung. So, what to try...

No one here say you MUST go to an Apple Store. So, troubleshoot it on your own.

Troubleshooting a Frozen iPhone:

There’s nothing sarcastic about it. Don’t want to take it to Apple? Then take it to your local retailer or to an AASP(Apple Authorized Service Provider). And I’ll leave it at that.
