I noticed that I lost all my playlists in ITunes on my Window 10 Pro PC after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Does anyone know how to transfer my play lists from my iPhone 12 Pro to iTunes on my PC?

I had to uninstall and then reinstall iTunes on my PC. I noticed that I lost all my playlists in ITunes on my PC. Does anyone know how to transfer all my play lists from my iPhone 12 Pro or my 6th Generation iPad in the Music App to iTunes on my Windows 10PC? Almost all the songs on my PC, iPhone and Ipad were purchased from iTunes. I have about 40 playlists. I also backed up my iPhone to my PC in iTunes yesterday. I called Apple support but they were no able to help and in fact, sent me instructions that did not address the issue, after spending a few hours on the phone and connecting them to my PC! There is a third party app that supposedly simplifies this but it is much to expensive. Also, does anyone know of a free (not free trial) downloadable app that does what I need?
