Is the Apple password used on computer the same on all Apple devices?

You can have a different login password (the password used to log into the device when you start it up) on each device if you want. It depends on what you decided to do when you set up each device.


But there is only one password for each Apple ID. If you only have one Apple ID (usually the best option), your password for your Apple ID/iCloud account would be the same no matter which device you are using to log into your Apple ID.
