failure to export mp4 and weird 30 character error message

I'm trying to export V7 of a 2 hour video. Right towards the end, I get a failure notice that says: "RequestCVPixelBufferforFrame returned 3 for absolute frame 65373. What does that mean and how can I fix it?

FCP is saying it's having a problem at frame 65373. To see what that is, in Preferences->General, set the display to Frames and navigate to that frame. It's possible the media there is corrupt. You could first try deleting the render cache by selecting the Library in the browser, then choose File->Delete Generated Library Files... and select all render files. If that doesn't work, try reimporting the clip media that's at frame 65373 and replace it in the timeline.
