How do I find the third party I purchased a free trial from

I subscribed to a free/promotional period on a third party app. My promotional period is ending for Apple Music next week and I want to cancel it. I cannot go to the subscriptions feature on my iPhone and cancel because it was done through a third party on my phone. I need to find out who the third party was to cancel. Please help
