Will I get notified if I add a trusted number to my Apple ID?

Is there a way to not get notified on main device if I add another trusted number?

Removing trusted phone number without adding another on Apple device I can’t pay for my phone, and Apple won’t let me remove my trusted phone number without adding another one first, but I don’t have another number. For as far as I know you will be notified via email at such changes
