Refund from Apple id balance to payment source

i was trying to make payment for developer enrollment program but accidently amount added to apple id balance. i spoke to support but they said that this balance can not be use for enrollment payment. i tried to request for refund as received instructions from support team but submit button is disabled and asking to select any purchase for which i wanted the refund.

my concern is to have refund the balance to primary payment source, so that i can process for enrollment payment again.

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows the refund of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund.

When you contact Apple, include the following information:

• Your Apple ID.

• The refund amount.

• Your current delivery address.
