The same way you delete any app. Tap and hold down on the app icon until it wiggles. Then tap on the minus sign on the icon to delete the app.
If you want to delete an app that comes with a cost after the trail period, deleting the app will not prevent you from being billed for it. You will have to cancel the subscription for it in order to not be charged.
