How can I backup without WiFi connection
My version is too old and I want to update it and am not having WiFi and how can I update and back it up without WiFi connection

You cannot. Wi-fi is required to backup and update on an iPhone 6.
Also note, an iPhone 6, cannot update beyond iOS 12.5.7. As of this writing it is the most recent version it supports. It lacks the hardware, RAM and CPU to run anything newer.
