impossible to add Apple Card to the wallet

Hi! I have just received approval for apple credit card. However, iphone does not let me to *** it to the wallet. I have IPhone 12 mini and it has the last IOS. Please, advise

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 16

Please log out of your Apple ID Account, do a forced restart of your iPhone and then log back into your Apple ID account.

Please follow the instructions for doing a forced restart, it’s more than just turning your iPhone off and back on.

Why not?

What happens when you try?

It should appear when you tap on the (+) icon at the top of the Wallet App, and then on Wallet.

If that is not happening, then please explain exactly what is happening.

The wallet shows apple card in "previous cards". While clicking the button "continue" to add it show that the apple card is unavailable - apple services are currently unavailable. try again later.

Same issue going on here 3 months and counting and all Goldman Sachs and Apple say is “we are working on it”

I bet if the CEO had this issue it be solved in 24 hours.
