Hello Gdt5000
Thanks for checking. There is no other setting to check.
Please contact Bose. Check if there is a firmware update to correct this.
If you have other options, like a different set of headphones or a BT speaker to pair it to and then test the alarms. This will rule out an issue with the phone.
If the alarms work in other speakers or headphones, then the issue is isolated to your Bose headphones: How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support
Reach out to Apple Support if no sounds for alarms also play when paired with any other headphones or speakers, as this might be an issue with the iPhone or iOS: Get Support
Thanks.

How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support
If the alarm volume is too low or quiet
Hello Gdt5000,
It sounds as though this issue happens with multiple headphones. In this case, have you tried to forget these accessories and try it again after pairing them? This would be a good troubleshooting step to test out.
To forget a Bluetooth device:
Resource: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad
If that resolves the issue, you can do this with each Bluetooth headphone.
In case the issue continues to occur, does everything else seem to work with the headphones connected to the iPhone? For example, are you able to hear other notifications, just not alarms? This will help us to isolate the behavior further.
Take care.
Gdt5000,
Thanks for letting us know. Next, can you tell us the exact version of iOS you're running on your device?

Hello Gdt5000,
Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to hear your alarm when wearing headphones. At this time this is not possible, so please let Apple know you would like this option here: Product Feedback - Apple
Cheers!

Forgetting and pairing again does not solve the issue.
I am able to hear other notifications, at least texts and phone.
Have the same issue. Alarms do not play through my Bose Quiet Comfort Bluetooth earbuds
