The battery is new but phone drains in one day anyway.

A day of use is pretty much normal. I can't say I know anyone who actually gets multiple days out of any smartphone unless they barely touch it.

The battery health now is 90% exactly as of today with support of normal peak performance according to my settings.

I think if phone had something undetectable running in background then the battery would drain . Police?
