i deleted my apple account card but when I tried to put it back in my wallet it says “Can not add card.your Apple account balance cannot be added to wallet at this time” and it gives me the option of trying again or add the can to the wallet later and I’m don’t know what to do in order to get it back with the money I have on there

I think you’re talking about your Apple account balance (for spending on Apple iTunes, subscriptions, etc.). If so, they have a support article: Add your Apple Account Card to Wallet on iPhone - Apple Support
If you have a balance on your account and it still doesn’t let you add it, I’d probably contact Apple Support. Also, it might be worth knowing that there is a limit to how many cards you can add to Apple Wallet
Please follow this path;
iPhone > Wallet app > see image below
Do you see your Apple Account card in your Wallet app? If not, please tap the plus/+ button in the upper right corner and tap Apple Account in the list of Available Cards.
Do you have funds in the account? I could add the Apple ID Account card until I added funds to the account. I don’t know if this was always a requirement, but recently a granddaughter gave me a $100 gift card and I was able to add the card to my Apple Wallet app.
Is it in your Apple Wallet app on your iPhone? Does it look like this?
When you go setting scroll down until you see “wallet and Apple Pay” then I try to click apple account card but I won’t download
I only have one card on at the moment so it’s not that
When you say Apple Account, are you referring to Apple ID Account?
How many Apple ID’s do you have?
I am talking about the apple account card
I have money in there it just won’t let me re add it
But what you don’t understand is when I press the plus I click previous cards because I deleted it then when I click that card it won’t work
