why does apple charge my cash app card? stop taking my money. i want a refund. i have NO SUBSCRIPTIONS TO ANYTHING !

You are not speaking to Apple here, but to other customers. If you have a billing issue, you need to contact Apple.

Note that subscriptions are not the only way to spend money. Some apps / content cost money to download, and some apps (especially "free" ones) have in-app purchases that cost real money.
