If calling is of no luck, contact Apple Support directly to chat with an Apple Rep. Go to: support.apple.com. From there, select Get Support. Log in and then, perform a chat session with an Apple Rep, requesting assistance with the pertaining issue. Note: If this is in regards to your Apple Account, then you may need to make up a scenario such as "my cursor is not working", elsewise, you may just get knocked off from the option to chat, being told to contact Apple Support.
