my 1 tb ssd hd is almost full
most of the taken space is by documents, i transfered all downloads and documents that i can find on my mac
to an external ssd drive, they are not even 1GB.
however, my mac show that the on board ssd contains 777GB of documents
i checked other users on the mac so its not on there
were can i find the documents and clear more storage ?
Where are you seeing these numbers? Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Do you have iCloud Drive enabled?
336.7 MB is tiny amount. Here is mine right this minute. 1.92 GB is a small amount too.:
Your problem lies elsewhere.
Try and restart the Mac to see if the issue is persisting, it could be that it is still busy with processing the documents you've deleted
well since i have been re organising my mac for a few weeks and i did shut down and restarting it a few times, i don't think thats the issue.

Using Finder, right click the Drive and select "Get Info". What does "Purgeable" show as to size? It's noted as part of "Available".
