Iam unable to add the card in my apple watch where as the same cards are added successfully on my iphone
I tried to reset the apple watch even then the wallet is not working. There is no issue with the cards as they are working fine on my Iphone

When you reset your Apple Watch, was it using the steps here?
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If so, make sure you didn't restore from a backup and test again with a new setup to see if the Wallet app works.
If that doesn't help, please let us know more about what happens when you try to use the Wallet app.
