This is a screenshot of what I'm seeing. I cannot access anything and says to call Mac OS support did not. I came here.

All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Do not download anything based on such bogus messages.
