Photo identification “i” sparkle missing

I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max , A14 chip. After these IOS 16 updates all the time the photo

feature to identify something is gone. All it is “i”. That’s it! No sparkle on all photos where it should be. It used to be there but not sure which update messed it up. I know it was there because I’ve used it for garden. Had 1 plant didn’t known what it was.
