How do I cancel subscription to Starz?
I am trying to stream line my streaming. I did not order Starz and neither did my husband. Can you cancel it or tell me how?

If you have Starz with billing through your Apple ID account, then you can cancel that on any of your devices where you are signed in to with that Apple ID account.
If Starz is not listed in the purchase history of any of your Apple ID accounts, then it not something that can be canceled through Apple. Perhaps with Starz directly, or through a different reseller?
