Can I use my ipad to send a group text without showing all recipients
using my iphone, I can tsend messages privately to a group, so no one sees anyone else's names and numbers. How can I do that on my iPad 9th Gen?

I don't believe this is possible.
First of all, if anyone in the group does not have an Apple device, the group message is sent as SMS (or MMS) and definitely everyone can see everyone else's number (or possibly name).
If everyone in the group does use an Apple device, then the message may be sent as an iMessage. In this case, you may give your group a name, but I believe only you may reference that name. Everyone else will see Apple IDs or numbers.
