Who is carrier 50.0.1.. How do I contact carrier 50.0.1 to have my device unlocked for another carrier

My phone sais that my carrier is 50.0.1.. Who is carrier 50.0.1? And how do I contact. Them to unlock my phone so I can use another sim in my phone

From the information you provided, it appears that is the carrier settings version. It's located in Settings > General > About next to "Carrier". If you're not seeing the carrier's name next to "Network"or before the number next to "Carrier", you would need to take other steps to determine it.


If there is a SIM card still in the iPhone, the information on it may help. If you received the iPhone second hand, check with the person that you purchased it from or that gave it to you.
