Wrist/Joint Pain while wearing 2nd Generation Apple Watch

I've seen recent posts from others as late as 2022 referring to discomfort and pain related to their left wrists while wearing the Apple Watch. I started with the 1st Generation Apple Watch and stopped with the 2nd Generation which I still have.

But I've never had the problem until recent upgrades to the technology. I play golf so I naturally suspected it was my swing or the impact of using my irons. But this year, I started noticing more and more and last week I finally made the connection. I didn't wear the watch for a week and replaced it with an Invicta watch which I love but it's like wearing a brick by comparison to the Apple Watch. I wore the Apple Watch a couple of days this week and the pain and stiffness returned. Since I stopped wearing the Apple the past 3 days, no pain or stiffness.

Are these new data-gathering technologies with the watch creating additional radiation emittance? Whatever it is, I'm done wearing the watch. It's now on the shelf with all of my other outdated technologies.
