New Apple ID on old phone

My original AppleID was attached to a phone number that I originally had in Mexico. I subsequently moved to Colombia and received a new Colombian phone number and disconnected my Mexican phone number. I forgot the password for my original AppleID; however, to reset it the wanted to send a security code to my email address and to my Mexican phone number. However, because I no longer have access that phone number, I am unable to get into my original AppleID.

Thus I created a new AppleID on the same phone now using my Colombian phone number. However, it keeps pulling up my original AppleID in the Apple App Store. It doesn't even give me an option to enter my new AppleID. Please help!
